These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manicgrin Media Ltd ("we", "our", "us") concerning your access to and use of the ListCoach service ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4.1 Free tier
We offer a free tier with limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
4.2 Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly (£9/month) or yearly (£90/year) basis. All Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
4.3 Free trial
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for your chosen subscription plan.
4.4 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.5 Price changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period, but will apply upon renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
7.2 AI-generated content
Content generated by our AI features is provided to you for your use. However, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is original or does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.
7.3 Our intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and trademarks, is owned by Manicgrin Media Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
